There are so many factors involved because the GM/CEO may want certain players on the field and the coach may not agree. JDR may have been the victim of a similar situation that Lewis was in with an intrusive owner/GM (think Henry; Pac-Man Jones).
He shouldn't have to hold the locker room together here.
