Yep, and it very easy to make.  I use unsalted butter though as it can be a bit salty with normal butter.  I'm thinking next time I might try it with a beef brisket instead of chuck roast and maybe add a few cloves of garlic as well.

Reading over this thread it seems everyone here had some great meals.  I hope everyone enjoyed it and had fun during the Super Bowl.

I added garlic and Montreal steak seasoning to mine on a hunch. I really thought it added nicely to the recipe.  I agree, unsalted butter next time, and a tad more pepper.
