You're not hiring Taylor based on how the Rams played in the Super Bowl. You're hiring him because he was part of an coaching staff that turned around a long dormant franchise and made them SB contenders. You're hiring him because you think he has the right vision to guide a football team to great success...which the Rams had, regardless of the SB outcome.
