Hitting on late round picks is rare for any team, but often moving up a few spots does not get us a better player either. So I would prefer we just keep them all and increase our chances of getting another player like Marvin Jones (5th), George Iloka (5th), Rex Burkhead (6th), Cobi Hamilton who started stared 8 games for the Steelers in '16 (6th), A. J. McCarron (5th), Marquise Flowers who had 30 tackles and 3.5 sacks for the Patriots in '17 (6th), C. J. Uzomah (5th), Clayton Fejedelem (7th), Christian Westerman (5th), or Jordan Evans (6th).
The real problem is the Bengals love to horde these picks and then let them go when their cheap contracts(i.e, Jones, Burkhead, Iloka etc) run out and replace them with other players on the cheap. The Bengals way hasn't gotten us anywhere its about time they started to copycat some of the more successful franchises.
