It looks like Zac hired Anarumo due to his energy, communication skills and getting the most out of his players. Zac wanted someone who would carry his message to the defense. We wanted change and we got it. It'll be interesting how the rest of the defensive staff is filled out. Most good coaches will already have jobs.
