I also find it interesting that only 32 of his 58 targets were deemed catchable. Also his uncatchable deep ball rate was second highest in the NFL at 73%.
Some people don't want to hear this, but Dalton was terrible at throwing him the a good deep ball. Go back and watch that Saints game. Dalton consistently under threw him never hitting Ross in stride.
Maybe they're looking to move Ross because they need a better deep baller QB to hit him in stride and Ryan Tannehill is worse at Dalton in that area.
