Yep, I don't dislike the kid at all, nor any of our players really.  I often get upset at the team for not moving on when they should (Maualuga for example), but that isn't really on the player so much as the team.  Ross has been disappointing, it's up to him to make those gains he needs to make.  Same as it's up to guys like Burfict to get his ass in shape and play better if he returns.
