Why hate on Marvin for not winning a playoff game if it was all the front offices fault?  You can't blame Marvin if he never had enough talent to win.

They’re not mutually exclusive. It can be said the front office didn’t give him enough talent to win. But Marvin didn’t win with what he had.

He did have teams good enough win a playoff game
