Yeah that's where I'm at. At first I was like "wtf!?" But we can cut him after the first season or two and it's not a huge hit. Basically, we'd only have seriously overpaid for one season 

And if the staff thinks he can step up, I'll give them a year or two. Whoever we we're signing as head coach, I said I'd give a year or two.
