What "new regime" are you referring to? Mike Brown and family members who make up the scouting department are still the ones writing contracts and deciding who gets re-signed and how to value the players.

As far as game day goes, we don't know how Taylor will be. He's going to have to be way better than McVay was in the Super Bowl if he's going to win with the Bengals.
