Give the new regime a chance

Bring on Free Agency and The Draft.  This team needed a Rebuild and there is a Rebuild in place.  It is way too early to judge these new coaches or the rebuild that just started.  GO BENGALS. 

They've brought in new coaches over the years. Fired Zampese and installed Lazor as OC. Fired Alexander and brought in Pollack. Hired Austin as OC.

It's hardly like the coaching staff has been the same.

You don't win in the NFL without a quality roster. It's as simple as that.
