This offseason they have added some players but they also lost an elite OG and replaced him with a guy who played 14 snaps as a rookie last year. And they also lost a Pro Bowl level safety in Jamie Collins.
Collins was a linebacker and Zietler wasn't lost(like he was in Cincy) he was traded for Collins replacement. With the additions the Browns were satisfied that they have Zietlers replacement. Upgrade at WR, LB, and DT yes the Browns have improved and the Bengals have stood pat. Tell me again oh exalted one how much we have improved?
