If you want to pay Brown 21 million to be a middle linebacker like Vinnie Ray that is slow and can tackle downhill but is a liability in coverage then you got what you want. But let's not pretend anyone else wanted him for anything else than that and would have paid near that much for him. Buffalo let him walk with no problems and drafted a replacement. He wasn't very good last year. Whatever. This is a Bengals move.
