He hasn't gotten better each year.
2015: 4 yards (AJ Green played 16 games)
2016: 234 yards (AJ Green played 10 games)
2017: 92 yards (AJ Green played 16 games)
2018: 439 yards (AJ Green played 9 games)
His yardage each year is inverse to the number of games AJ Green played that year, meaning he's not good but when the actually good options are hurt, they just force feed him the ball a bit.
Not sure how you feel about PFF (I don't treat it like gospel, but it's a good reference) but last year they had Uzomah listed as the 42nd out of 54 qualified TEs, and gave him a 57.4 grade.
The guy is a backup TE but because Eifert is going to be hurt every year he's going to be shoehorned into being a starting TE, which is detrimental to the team.
