Hart has been in the league for some time and people already knows who he is, he stinks! The only problem with this is that the Bengals have gotten bad at judging talent at offensive tackle. The Bengals drafted 2 in a row in the 2015 draft (Cerdirc Ogbughei and Jake Fisher). Ogbughei's career is on its last legs in Jacksonville and Fisher was so bad that he decided to become a tight end this offseason.
