While most teams would do that, I get a feeling that the Bengals won't take an early QB this year. The Bengals have made it beyond obvious that they desperately need a LB. They're most likely trying to dissuade anyone from trading up in front them and taking Bush.
You can always trust an dishonest man to be dishonest. Honestly, it's the honest ones you have to look out for.
