Is J. Hill slumping, or is G. Bernard better?

Disagree.  The fumbling issue is fixed and he can break tackles when we give him the ball going straight forward.

Hill dominates all defenses though and running straight at defenses is his strength.  

He's crushed much better defenses.

Plus, the Ravens D used to be dominate, but this isn't your daddy's Ravens' defense.
