Few, if any, TEs in the league can block Dumervil one on one. It's one of those plays where the ball needed to be thrown quickly to a receiver or thrown away. If 7 are rushing, there's only 4 in coverage so someone should be getting open. Receivers have to see this and adjust their routes accordingly.
