Actually this is not true at all. We replaced a lot of coaches when Marvin was here and had no problem with dozens of coaches turning us down. In fact most of the coaches that left were getting promotions and coaches were eager to come here. Even when we let coaches go for poor performance we had not problem finding quality guys eager to coach here.
