Didn't like the guy's resume, and for now that's pretty much all we have to go on. Then again, no one liked Jay Gruden's resume either. We'll see. I certainly wish the guy great success. It'd be difficult not to improve on Teryl Austin. That may have been the worst Bengals defense I've ever seen. No exaggeration.
