Sample is also 255 lbs already whereas most of these TEs are under 250. He has the size already to contribute immediately. I’m not surprised now that I think about how the TE is like the 4th option in LA’s offense and how it was the same when ZT was the OC for MIA. Expect Green, Boyd, Mixon, and even maybe Ross to be used more in the passing game.
