How would you compare Taylors first draft as Bengals Head Coach vs Marv?

Coaches have input here, but Brown/Tobin make the calls.

Right now we are think Taylor is the HC and pseudo GM.  I wonder if will ever know how much input Marvin or ZT have.  I don't see anyone wishing Marvin was the GM anymore, though.
