ESPN's Bengals writer Kat Terrell tweeted that Sample was regarded a lot higher by actual team scouts around the league than the media pundits and he wouldn't have lasted much longer.  His lack of offensive numbers were seen as a result of the offense, not his abilities.  He apparently didn't drop a pass all last year, so he has hands to go with his size.  Take that for what it's worth.
