That is why I know they want to win, but do not disagree they have proven they do not know how to win.
The Front Office may want to win, but they cut a whole bunch of corners rather than maximizing opportunities for success. Winning on the cheap is tough sledding from an organizational standpoint, especially when the controlling interest is bereft of innovative thought.
