so if Willis had 1000.snap counts in 2018 he would have finished with 2 sacks all year
if Garrett had roughly 537 snap.counts he would have been around the sack totals of 5.5 to 7ish.

Willis had fresher legs than Garrett in 2018 and still was a no.show at DE.
