Free agency has LONG been a gripe of mine, I'm sure you remember.  I was disappointed with the haul, but I also realized this season was a shitty year for the needs we had.  The players that would have made significant improvements got WAY overpaid....including the ones we DID sign.

I'm deferring to Zac on the DC.  He's been given the reins.

Agree on the scouts and practice facility.
