Boling is only one year older than Glenn. And be honest, would you rather Glenn or Boling kick out to T? I'm leaning Boling.
Plus, Glenn would save $7.25 mill on the cap this year and $9.5 mill next year if moved. Boling (far) less than that.
I'd move Glenn before Boling.
