I'd move Glenn before Boling.

I'm leaning Glenn based off experience, pay, arm length and hands. Cordy has 2 1/4 inch longer arms, and bigger hands at 10 1/8 vs Bolings 9 3/4. His dead cap is 2 mil vs Bolings 500k. I'm cutting Glenn after this year tho If I'm the coaches.
