Yeah, i guess that is why i wanted Ross in the first place and i want him to succeed so badly.
The guy can be electric at times, he just needs to put it all together. As Boyd says he needs to stop thinking and just react.
Prior to that Draft i wanted Ross or OJ Howard at 9 or for us to trade back and select an O-lineman.
