My dilemma

I was eating some leftover Chinese a couple months ago and had one of mine come off. Was the first time, so freaked me out. Still had the spike in it and everything

I was talking with my dentist before and he mentioned the spike and said it was a good thing I hadn't swallowed it "but at least you would've known when it came out."

I've wondered since then what I'd have done if I swallowed it.

Glad you have to make that decision and not me.
