If the game we are thinking of is the same one Ross caused two turnovers - one by quitting on a route before the play even developed and the other by not cutting his route according to the play design. Remember everyone - even Andy - was yelling at him over the second one.
Ross issues so far in the pros have been part utilization and part mental on his part. And I would add schematic too as with all our receivers - no coaching to be aware of the pocket and none to break back to the ball.
