A observation on recent Bengals QBs

i can buy into that..Findley was drafted to be a backup.
but why use a 3rd or 4th RD draft pick on a QB whos ceiling is a backup?
if thats the case Id rather have seen the Bengals
take a LB or CB.
not really smart on Tobins part if thats whats they are projecting
him to be behind the scenes
