Ranking NFL divisions by running backs

The Browns look good on paper but with one RB suspended until game 9 and one RB screaming to be traded it could be that the RB position could actually be a liability. It seems that with how the past seasons have gone you would be a little leery of "counting your chickens before they hatch".
