This is what people overlook.  Marvin threatened to walk after 2010, as well...he just caved in and stayed when Carson didn't.  Marvin said "make changes or I'm outta here" and then backed off, so if you want to look at someone who may just be coasting along for a paycheck it may be Marvin.
