Since free agency won't be used in any meaningful way to do this, it's going to take more than a couple of offseasons to build a roster.

The bad part of a rebuild, is guys like Green and Atkins only have probably 2-3 years left being elite. If that. We really could be stuck in a bad spot for quite some time if this season goes bad.
