Yeah he is the owner so it is sort of long term. We do have scouts.
I could maybe see Duke Tobin getting a shot at GM somewhere maybe/eventually, but Mike and Katie wouldn't be hired as GMs of other teams, so we've been operating for 28 or so years with "not really a GM" calling the shots. And as you've pointed out, we have 1 pseudo-GM in Tobin making decisions with 2 (or 3 if Troy is involved) non-GMs. Oy, I can only assume my production at work would decrease if I had to confer with 2 or 3 people who didn't know what they were doing before I did anything.
But now I'm wondering why Mike Brown and Katie could have just learned to be GMs after all these years. Hell if I know. Maybe we nailed this draft and everything is fine.
