I'm willing to give this year and MAYBE 2020 before doing a total rebuild.
If the team can get to 8-8 or above this year, I think it makes sense to try to go all-in in 2020.
I don't think this core group of veterans (Dalton, Green, Atkins, Dunlap) has more than a couple years left in them before they start to decline.

Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. Ended 9-8 but barely missed playoffs
Changes needed to do better in Sept/Oct moving forward.
