The template seems to involve getting a vet DC to help take pressure off the young offensive minded HC. Stuff like this makes me wonder just how committed we are to following the Rams template.

I can't see the future but are we really going to act surprised if Lou is in way over his head as a DC to a rookie offensive HC?  This situation is tentative to say the least.
