I can't see the future but are we really going to act surprised if Lou is in way over his head as a DC to a rookie offensive HC?  This situation is tentative to say the least. 

Our DC template seemed to be: Hire anyone* who will accept the job.


I've read that Greg Williams is doing well with the Jets.
