Learned a lot about a legend today. A lot of the 70s footage reminded me of growing up around musicians at that time. Pretty entertaining documentary.
A notorious idiot and asshole. He was a good drummer but so what? Why would anybody ever want to put up with shit from a drummer? A drummer, for crying out loud. Drummers are way too easily replaced. If you ain't the guy writing the songs, just shut up and play. I won't go so far as to say drummers are a dime a dozen. More like twenty cents a dozen. What band ever made it big because of their drummer?
