FYI on the Bates interception of Dalton:

It was a "sack" essentially, where they are not allowed to hit the QB.  Dalton couldn't step in to the throw because the DE was right on him and he seemed to fling it out of frustration.  The good news is that, supposedly, Malone had a couple steps on WJIII and if the ball was delivered more accurately, it could have been six.  That being said, I know that WJIII has incredible closing speed.
