It doesn't matter one bit what you call it.  When someone is unhappy in their job, and it doesn't promote positivity and well-being within themselves, it is a shitty job.

Money isn't everything to everyone.  Just because you'd sell yourself for multi-millions doesn't mean that other people want to.
