I have always (well for the last couple years) said this about Andy.Andy has fallen further and further behind his peers ever since his 2nd year:
2012 he was the 13th rated passer in the NFL
2013 he was the 15th rated passer in the NFL
2014 he was the 25th rated passer in the NFL
