Two things have really impressed me so far under ZT

1. The QBs all look improved in their decision making and progression. I believe ZTs influence is playing a major factor.

2. This draft class is looking special.

3. ZT started Tate and Willis in a preseason game to see what they could do with the 1s. That never would have happened under Lewis.
