There is always some go-to QB brought up every time a QB gets injured or otherwise leaves in a hurry.  Now it's Kaepernick, before thar it was Tebow, before that it was Favre and so on.

Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if the "call Kaepernick?" question is replaced by people asking if the next team to lose a QB should call Luck.
