Every ailment affects each individual differently. For you to just use your obviously mild case as an example, is pretty much blathering at best. It's pretty obvious that you're not a medical professional, and likely just a part time gym rat at best. So, please stop trying to minimize the severity of injuries to actual professional athletes.![]()
