I really like this concept. It's like a permanent version of the subtle differences between local rock stations, but more consistent and substantial. I enjoy many forms of rock. I grew up on punk and indie, but with age I started to really appreciate classic rock and proto-metal/thrash. Hell, I even like some good southern rock if it's not the same old Skynrd songs on loop.
Sometimes you just have a song you really like that rarely gets played, but when it does, man it's awesome. I feel like this is kind of a derivative of that idea.
