I never once said he had 100% control.  Never once.  To compensate for your seeming lack of understanding, let me make it crystal clear--if you look at the things that happened, it's pretty easy to see what power he was given.

Maybe if you stopped looking so hard to pick a fight, these simple things might become apparent to you.
