That was 100% on Kirkpatrick.
He put a shoulder into the guy well after he dropped the ball. It wasn't hard, but it was entirely unnecessary and avoidable. It was why the player shoved Kirkpatrick, and then Kirkpatrick shoved back harder and got dinged for it.
He's always good for a stupid penalty every game.
