I don't get that at all.  The point is to get the #1 overall QB pick to give the team new hope and sell tickets.   With your strategy we would probably take a 10 year all pro offensive tackle or something.  That's just nutso.  Why do that when the next Ryan Leaf could be staring us in the face?!   The next Throwin' Samoan!  The next Marinovich!  

It's like you people know nothing about our owners.   Did you not here Mr. Katie Brown this offseason scream that you can't just go draft or sign free agents tackles!  They don't grow on trees!  Especially when you can sign people that fit our mold right here in Bobby Hart!  I mean, who are you people?
